TRANSFORMATION MODEL 2)4)
← Back
"A conceptual representation of operations by which the input is changed into output" (B. BANATHY, 1973, p.90).
BANATHY's definition applies mainly to planned transformations in human systems. However, models of transformation in natural systems can also be constructed and be useful to better understand change in such systems. Of course, in every case, the model is based on observations and hypotheses that should be frequently revalidated.
