KNOWLEDGE (Shared) 2)
← Back
The basic knowledge distributed within a network of cooperating elements or agents.
In networks of agents endowed with such a shared knowledge – necessarily including communication codes – consensual decision making and tasks performing is possible.
As stated by M. BORILLO this applies to ergonomics or in psychosociology as well as to logical and computing formulations for simulation of cooperative behavior in man or in social insects (1993, p.1129).
It is also the corner stone of the activity of collaborating automata in networks (see J. ERCEAU & J. FERBER, 1991).
