EVALUATION in systemic terms 1)3)
← Back
The process of verifying whether a system performs as expected.
The crux of the matter is to define what should be expected of the system. In many cases what the evaluator expects is not what the system is able to offer, because she/he does not really understand its workings and its production conditions.
The evaluator should thus begin by questioning her/his proper knowledge of the system and validity criteria of expectations.
