DESIGN CONVERSATION 1)4)
← Back
A methodology of design to be applied to specific issues or tasks in organizational and social settings.
B. BANATHY, who advocates the methodology, sees it as a combination of generative dialogue, used to reach a common frame of thinking, and strategic dialogue in which specific issues are considered. (1996, p.39).
For practical uses, both types of dialogue are complementary and necessary.
