CYCLE (Recurrent) 2)
← Back
According to W.R. ASHBY: "If a line of behavior is re-entrant to itself, the system undergoes a recurrent cycle" (1960, p.49).
However, if the cycle is submitted to a noncompensed positive feedback, an instability threshold will eventually be crossed and a runaway process will be triggered, leading in most cases to the destruction of the system.
